Takeaways

Our turnaround time was 6 weeks. In those 6 weeks we were supposed to launch our site. Our goal was to get the most out of our sidebars. When we didn’t get some copy approved, we couldn’t use all sidebars we intended to. We kept one.

Learning: Have alternatives & validate them. I learned the importance of pushing for copy options no matter time restrictions. They play a big part in the experience and should be equally prioritized. Constant communication with the PM and team is vital.
